Hi, I'm Dr. LaTisha! I am a wife, a mother, and a practicing clinician. I have experienced the challenges of juggling the demands of these roles. Often I have found myself overwhelmed, frustrated and ready to give up but I knew quitting was not an option. From my journey and the lessons I learned, I developed a valuable resource to assist women in finding fulfillment in their marriage, family, professional and spiritual lives. My hope is to give you a new perspective on how to manage the challenges that come with juggling your roles as wife, mother, and businesswoman. My prayer is that you will be blessed beyond measure, I look forward to sharing this valuable information with you!

My Story
Hello Friend!

Like you, when I considered getting married, having a family, and pursing my career interests I did so because I believed these things would be a source of joy and fulfillment in my life. Unfortunately for me this was not the case. I found myself juggling too many roles, responsibilities, and commitments. Most of which I did not sign up for. Life happened and things seemed to be forcibly dumped into my lap. I was failing miserably. I was over whelmed, frustrated, and it seemed as if none of my hard work and sacrifice was paying off. I was fed up - enough was enough - so I did something about it. And thus the P.R.A.I.S.E. method was birthed. I have finally discovered how to enjoy the fruits of my labor and live the life I deserve. And I'm here to empower you my friend to do the same!

P.R.A.I.S.E., especially the I = Ignite, was a blessed reading for me as I faced challenges of being tested by colleagues while transitioning from one professional position to another.
